This can be the difference between being accepted on a tender list, client approved list or working with a Local Authority or Housing Association.

We have been collaborating with a client who works in the construction sector and supplies equipment and services to contractors and clients who needed to become certified to gain access to new markets and tender opportunities.
We spoke to them initially and their main concern was the time and possible paperwork that this might entail.
This is a question that we are asked all the time and in reality, many organisations will be achieving elements of the ISO 9001 standard without even realising it, our job is to work with them to formalise the systems and processes.
We offer a full consultancy and certification service, and we started working with this client in early 2025 with a time frame of 3 months to achieve certification.
The first piece of work was to conduct a full Gap Analysis which allowed us to then formulate an ISO 9001 system in conjunction with the client and give them a step-by-step road map that they followed for the next 3 months. Throughout this period, we provided ongoing support and guidance both on site and via Teams.
Once we were confident that the client was in a good position, we arranged the certification visit using Qualitas IMS. No scary Auditors just a practical common sense assessment process which again we attend to make sure the client had support on the day.
After a 3 month journey the client achieved ISO 9001 Quality Certification and this is their feedback on our service:
