Telesales Executive

Job Purpose             

To develop the business through identifying and contacting potential new clients within a pre-defined geographical area, securing appointments with key decision makers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Contact potential clients via telephone, using effective communication and negotiation techniques to speak to the key decision maker
  • Provide contacts with relevant information about the company and its services
  • Secure appointments with potential clients
  • Cross-sell the company’s services to potential and new clients
  • Identify potential clients through the use of relevant sources
  • Maintain accurate records and update the company database
  • Achieve individual targets and play a key role in the development of the business
  • Participate in team meetings and provide progress reports to the team

Trainee H&S Consultant

We are currently looking to recruit a Trainee Health and Safety Consultant who ideally has Construction experience. This role is perfect for someone who is passionate about Health and Safety but can also work pragmatically, in a commercial setting. It is an exciting opportunity, ideally for someone who has 2 or more years’ H&S experience.

The Role

  • To provide competent advice and guidance to clients
  • To provide Health & Safety Support to Directors and Consultants.

Key Outputs:

  • Provide competent advice and guidance; committed to client satisfaction.
  • Assist fellow Consultants and Directors to provide Consultancy services.
  • Ensure that all H&S Documentation is compiled to a high degree of accuracy
  • Ensure that any potential leads or marketing information is contacted as per directed by the Directors.

The Person

Essential Criteria:

  • Ideally NEBOSH Certificate
  • 2 years’ H&S experience ideally within the construction industry
  • Excellent organisational skills
  • Excellent relationship management skills
  • Knowledge of H&S/Risk Management
  • Excellent time management skills
  • Excellent telephone manner
  • Contribute to referrals and business opportunities

We are looking for an Administrator to carry out general office administrative duties working with other team members and to assist our clients.

  • Working closely with the Office Manager and Operations Director to ensure the smooth running of the office and services to our clients.

Person Specification:

  • Previous experience working as an administrator
  • IT Literate – Microsoft word, excel and PowerPoint are essential, experience updating company social media is desirable.
  • Must be able to work as part of a team and using your own initiative.
  • Proficient verbal communicator.
  • Excellent organisation skills.
