Formed by Stuart and Lee as The Safety Group in 2008 with a specialist background in construction safety, we rebranded as Spectra in 2013.
The rebrand reflected the growing needs of our clients and the diverse nature of the industries in which we operate. It was apparent to us that our clients wanted more than health and safety support, and because of this, we launched an extensive suite of human resource and compliance services, as well as recently adding mental health first aid, insurance, training, eLearning and much more besides.
To date we have supported 100’s of organisations on health and safety and human resource matters, from handling complex employment issues to conducting annual health and safety audits.
Rather than taking a one-size-fits-all approach to our service, we prefer to get to know our clients, seeing ourselves as an extension of the team, therefore providing solutions as individual as you are.
